        Your data

Your details and this draft are saved in this browser only, so you can pick up where you left off. Nothing is sent to us.

        Preview

This makes a standard commercial invoice, not an official tax document issued through a government system.

        How it works

        1. Fill in your details once

Add your name, address, logo and company numbers. They’re kept in this browser, so your next invoice starts already filled in.

        2. Add your customer and your items

Enter each item with its quantity, price and tax rate. Subtotal, tax per rate, discount, deposit and amount due are worked out as you type, and the preview shows the exact page.

        3. Save it as a PDF

Press “Print or save as PDF” and choose “Save as PDF” in the print window. The invoice number then moves on to the next one.

        Frequently asked questions

Is it really free? Do I need an account?

Yes, it’s free, with no account, no limit on the number of invoices and no watermark on the PDF. Your details and drafts are saved in this browser only: nothing is sent to us. To move them to another device or keep a backup, use “Export (.json)” and then “Import”.

How do I get my invoice as a PDF?

Press “Print or save as PDF”, then choose “Save as PDF” as the destination (on an iPhone, tap the share button in the print options, then “Save to Files”). The browser’s own print engine draws the PDF, so every language and alphabet comes out right and the text stays selectable. The file is named after the invoice number and the customer.

        What should an invoice include?

In most countries: your name and address, the customer’s, a unique number that follows on from the previous one, the date, a description of each item with its quantity and price, the tax rate and amount for each rate, the totals and the payment terms. Many countries also ask for company or tax numbers and specific mentions. The rules differ from one country to another, and this tool doesn’t replace an accountant or your tax office: check what applies to you.

        Is this a valid e-invoice?

No. More and more countries require invoices between businesses to be sent in a structured format through an official platform: it’s already the case in Italy, and in France every business must be able to receive e-invoices from September 2026, with small businesses and sole traders issuing them from September 2027. Poland, Germany and others are phasing it in too. This generator makes a classic PDF invoice, which suits private customers, many international clients and countries without that obligation. In some countries the word “invoice” also means an official tax document issued through a government system (such as a fapiao or a nota fiscal): this tool doesn’t make those. Check the rules in your country.

Can I invoice without VAT, or with reverse charge?

Yes. In “Tax, discount and deposit”, choose “No VAT” to leave tax out and print the mention your country requires (for a French micro-entrepreneur, the tool suggests “TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI”). Choose “Reverse charge” for a business customer in another EU country, and add their VAT number. You can also enter prices including tax, change the name of the tax (GST, sales tax…) and use any currency.

How does the invoice numbering work?

The first invoice gets a number like INV-2026-001. Each time you print or save an invoice, the next one moves on by one, and the count restarts at 001 each year. The counter is kept on this device. You can type any number you like: in many countries, invoice numbers must follow on without gaps, so avoid skipping or reusing one.

Install One For All on your computer

One For All then opens in its own window, like an app, straight from your desktop or home screen. Nothing to download from a store, and your files still stay on your device.

        1. Click the install icon at the right of the address bar, or open the browser menu (⋮).
        2. Choose “Install One For All” or “Install page as app”: a shortcut is added to your desktop and your apps.

        Download this tool’s engine?

This tool works entirely in your browser. To do that, it needs to download the items below from One For All, just once. They are then kept on this device, so next time the tool starts right away.

Your files are never sent anywhere.
