The service
These terms govern your use of One For All, a free collection of online tools run by the publisher named in the legal notice. By using the site, you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
Every tool is free, and most can be used without an account. The service is provided as is, as a non-commercial project, with no guarantee that it will always be available, free of errors or suited to a particular purpose. We may change, suspend or stop any tool at any time.
Your account
An account is free and lets you keep short links, dynamic QR codes, a link page and a website. When you create one:
- you must be at least 15 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian;
- use an email address that you own and can access;
- keep your password secret: you are responsible for what is done with your account;
- tell us at contact@oneforall-tools.com if you think someone else has used it;
- accept fair-use limits that protect the service, for example on how many links you can create per hour.
You can delete your account at any time from your account settings.
What you must not do
You must not use the site, and in particular short links, QR codes, link pages and websites, to:
- trick people into giving passwords, bank details or other personal information (phishing), or impersonate a person, brand or organisation;
- spread viruses, malware or any harmful software, or link to them;
- send spam or unsolicited messages, or hide the real destination of a link in order to deceive;
- publish or link to illegal content, such as child sexual abuse material, incitement to hatred, violence or terrorism, harassment, defamation, counterfeit goods, or content that infringes the rights of others;
- collect or publish other people’s personal data without a legal basis;
- get around our limits or protections: automated mass creation of accounts or links, attempts to bypass request limits or anti-phishing checks, or changing destinations to escape them;
- attack the site: overload it, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, or use the server tools to reach systems you are not allowed to access.
Moderation
Link destinations are checked against lists of dangerous sites when links are created or changed and when they are visited; listed destinations are refused.
If a link, QR code, link page or website breaks these terms, or is reported to us as doing so, we may suspend it without notice. We then tell you by email, with the reason for the decision. A suspended link no longer redirects and shows a neutral page instead; its owner cannot reactivate it, and its short code stays reserved. The destination’s domain may also be blocked for all users.
In serious or repeated cases, we may suspend or delete the account concerned, and we tell you by email why. Where the law requires it, we report illegal content to the competent authorities. If you think a decision is a mistake, write to contact@oneforall-tools.com: we will review it.
To report content, use our reporting form or see the legal notice.
Your content
You are responsible for what you publish: link titles and destinations, the text and avatar of your link page, the text, images and details of your website. You confirm that you have the right to use them.
You keep all rights to your content. You allow us to store and display it only as needed to provide the service, for example to show your link page to its visitors.
The files you process with the tools remain yours. They stay on your device: the tools process them in your browser (see the privacy policy).
Websites
A website is public: anyone with its address can see it. It must present a real activity, yours or one you are allowed to represent, with accurate details. If you publish it as a professional, you are responsible for the legal information the law requires of you, which the website builder helps you display.
On a website, it is also forbidden to impersonate a brand, a company or a public body, to offer goods or services you cannot provide, to ask visitors for payment or for passwords, or to disguise a button as a sign-in or payment page.
To protect visitors, we check each publication automatically (known brands, risky words, copied text, links). Some changes, such as new contact details or new links, may be held until they are checked, while the previous version stays online. Links to other websites are checked again whenever they are clicked, and search engines may only index a website once it meets our conditions.
Messages sent with a website’s contact form are kept in your account for 90 days. You can block a sender, and report a message to us; we only read a message you report.
As the law requires of hosting providers, we keep for one year the data that identifies who created, changed, published or deleted a website (date, IP address and port). It is encrypted as soon as it is recorded and is only disclosed at the request of a judicial authority.
Intellectual property
The site, its design, texts, logo and code are protected. You may use the results the tools produce for any purpose, personal or commercial. You may not copy the site itself or reuse its content without permission.
Liability
We do our best to provide reliable tools, but results may contain errors. Check anything important before relying on it, and keep a copy of your original files.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage, loss of data or loss of income resulting from the use or unavailability of the site, nor for the content of external sites reached through links. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under French law, or any liability that the law does not allow us to exclude.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, for example when we add a feature; the date at the top shows the current version. If a change significantly affects account holders, we will tell them by email before it applies. Continuing to use the site afterwards means you accept the new terms.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. If a dispute arises, please contact us first: most problems can be solved quickly. Failing an amicable solution, the competent French courts have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the mandatory rules that protect you as a consumer in the country where you live.
