How it works

  1. Add your PDF

Drop a PDF or pick it from your device. A preview of the first page appears.

  2. Design the watermark

Type a text or choose a logo, then set its size, colour, angle and transparency. Place it, or repeat it across the page.

  3. Download

Select Add watermark. The marked PDF downloads straight away.

Frequently asked questions

Is my PDF uploaded to a server?

No. The watermark is added by your browser, on your device. Nothing is sent to us or to anyone else.

Can I write the watermark in any language?

Yes. Latin text uses the standard PDF fonts; other scripts, such as Arabic, Chinese or Cyrillic, are drawn with your device’s fonts at high resolution.

Can someone remove the watermark?

It becomes part of each page, but a determined person with editing software could still remove it. A watermark discourages copying; it doesn’t make it impossible.

Can I use my logo?

Yes. Choose Image and pick a PNG, JPG or WebP file. A PNG with a transparent background gives the cleanest result.

Can I mark only some pages?

Yes. Type the pages in the Pages field, for example 1 for the cover only, or 2-10.

Install One For All on your computer

One For All then opens in its own window, like an app, straight from your desktop or home screen. Nothing to download from a store, and your files still stay on your device.

  1. Click the install icon at the right of the address bar, or open the browser menu (⋮).
  2. Choose “Install One For All” or “Install page as app”: a shortcut is added to your desktop and your apps.

Download this tool’s engine?

This tool works entirely in your browser. To do that, it needs to download the items below from One For All, just once. They are then kept on this device, so next time the tool starts right away.

Your files are never sent anywhere.
