Your presentation

How it works
-
Choose your presentation
Drop a PPTX file or pick one from your device, up to 50 MB. It’s read right here, in your browser.
-
Check the slides
Each slide appears on its own page, at the size of your presentation, with its background, text, shapes, pictures and tables.
-
Save as PDF
Click Save as PDF, then choose “Save as PDF” in the print window. On a phone, the print options let you save or share the PDF.
Frequently asked questions
Is my presentation uploaded?
No. The conversion happens entirely in your browser: the presentation is read on your device and never sent to our server or anyone else.
Will my slides look the same?
Very close. Backgrounds, text, shapes, pictures and tables are placed where they are on your slides, one slide per page. Charts and SmartArt graphics appear as empty frames, and fonts that aren’t installed on your device are replaced by similar ones, which can make a line wrap differently.
Are animations and videos kept?
No. A PDF is a fixed document: each slide is shown in its final state, without animations, transitions, audio or video.
Are speaker notes included?
No, the PDF contains the slides only, one per page.
Which files can I convert?
PowerPoint presentations in the .pptx format (also .pptm, .ppsx and .potx), up to 50 MB. For an older .ppt file or an .odp, open it in PowerPoint, LibreOffice or Google Slides, save it as .pptx, then convert the new file.
How do I get the PDF file?
Click Save as PDF: your browser’s print window opens with your slides. Choose “Save as PDF” as the destination. On an iPhone or iPad, tap the share button in the print options; on Android, pick “Save as PDF” as the printer.
