What to draw

Result

Drawn with your browser’s cryptographic generator: every possible value has exactly the same chance.

How it works

  1. Set the range

Type the smallest and largest numbers. Both are included. Add decimal places if you need them.

  2. Choose how many

Draw one number or up to 10,000, with or without repeats, in the order drawn or sorted. Or switch to dice, a coin or a lottery draw.

  3. Copy or download

Copy the result, or download it as a .txt or .csv file for a spreadsheet.

Frequently asked questions

Is the draw really fair?

Yes. Numbers come from your browser’s cryptographic random generator (crypto.getRandomValues), the source used for encryption keys. Each draw reads just enough random bits for your range and discards any value outside it, then tries again. That “rejection” step matters: the shortcut of dividing and keeping the remainder makes the smallest numbers come up slightly more often.

Are the minimum and maximum included?

Yes, both ends are included. Between 1 and 6, each of 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 has a one-in-six chance. With decimal places, every value on that grid is equally likely: from 0 to 1 with two decimals, that is 101 values, from 0.00 to 1.00.

How do I get numbers without repeats?

Tick “No repeats”. Every number then appears at most once, like names drawn from a hat. You can’t ask for more numbers than the range holds: 20 different numbers between 1 and 10 is impossible, and the tool tells you so.

Can it roll dice or flip a coin?

Yes. Dice rolls up to 100 dice at once, with 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 or 20 sides, and shows the total. Coin flips up to 1,000 coins and counts heads and tails. Lottery draws distinct numbers from 1 to the number you choose, for example 6 numbers from 49.

How large can the numbers be?

Whole numbers can go from −9,007,199,254,740,991 to 9,007,199,254,740,991, the largest integers a browser handles exactly, and the draw stays exact across that whole range. You can draw up to 10,000 numbers at a time, with up to 10 decimal places.

Are the numbers recorded anywhere?

No. They are generated on your device and never sent to a server. Nobody, including us, can see or replay your draw.
