How it works
-
Add your PDF
Drop a PDF or pick it from your device. Every page appears as a thumbnail. Add other PDFs to put their pages at the end.
-
Arrange the pages
Drag pages into place or use their arrows. Turn, duplicate or delete a page, and add blank pages where you need them. Undo any step.
-
Save the new PDF
Select Save PDF. The reorganized file downloads straight away; your original stays as it was.
Frequently asked questions
Is my PDF uploaded to a server?
No. The pages are shown and rearranged by your browser, on your device. Nothing is sent to us or to anyone else.
How do I move a page without a mouse?
Each page has Move earlier and Move later buttons: tab to them and press Enter or Space. On a touch screen, drag a page by the handle in its corner.
Can I combine pages from several PDFs?
Yes. Add another PDF and its pages go to the end, ready to be moved anywhere. To simply join whole files in order, Merge PDF is quicker.
Does organizing change the quality of the pages?
No. Pages are copied as they are, with their text, images, fonts and links. Turning a page only changes its orientation.
What if I make a mistake?
Select Undo, or press Ctrl+Z (Cmd+Z on a Mac), to step back one change at a time. Nothing is saved until you select Save PDF.
What is kept from the original file?
The pages keep everything they show. Bookmarks and fillable form fields may not be carried over to the new file.
