How it works

  1. Add your PDF

Drop a PDF or pick it from your device. Every page appears as a thumbnail.

  2. Pick your pages

Click the pages you need, or type their numbers. Choose one PDF, or one PDF per page.

  3. Extract and download

Select Extract pages. A single PDF downloads directly; separate pages come together in a ZIP.

Frequently asked questions

Is my PDF uploaded to a server?

No. The PDF is opened and the pages are copied by your browser, on your device. Nothing is sent to us or to anyone else.

In what order are the pages saved?

In the order they have in the original document. To change the order afterwards, use Merge PDF, which lets you rearrange files.

Is the quality kept?

Yes. Pages are copied as they are, with their text, images and fonts unchanged.

What is the difference with Split PDF?

Extract keeps only the pages you pick. Split cuts the whole document into several parts, so every page ends up in one of the files.

Is my original file changed?

No. You get a new file and the original on your device stays as it was.

Install One For All on your computer

One For All then opens in its own window, like an app, straight from your desktop or home screen. Nothing to download from a store, and your files still stay on your device.

  1. Click the install icon at the right of the address bar, or open the browser menu (⋮).
  2. Choose “Install One For All” or “Install page as app”: a shortcut is added to your desktop and your apps.

Download this tool’s engine?

This tool works entirely in your browser. To do that, it needs to download the items below from One For All, just once. They are then kept on this device, so next time the tool starts right away.

Your files are never sent anywhere.
